PhoneClock.in sends non-marketing operational text messages to caregivers, employees, and administrators who have provided a mobile phone number and consented to receive work-related SMS communications.
Messages may include schedule reminders, open shift requests, clock-in or no-show follow-ups, credential or document reminders, and office follow-ups. Messages avoid client protected health information and sensitive care details.
Caregivers and employees opt in during hiring, onboarding, or employee profile setup when they provide or confirm their mobile number for work coordination. Administrators keep consent documented in the caregiver or employee record before SMS outreach is sent.
